About Us:
Seerat Oud is a licensed company and a registered trademark in the State of Kuwait, operating under all its laws, and providing services to clients worldwide.

Quality Guarantee:
We pledge at Seerat Oud that all types of incense (bukhoor), oud oil (dehn al-oud), and all products displayed on our website are 100% natural. We do not provide our customers with any synthetic or even "enhanced natural" incense.

Returns & Exchanges:
Every customer has the right to exchange or return a product if the description does not match the quality. This is provided that the used amount of incense does not exceed 3 grams (equivalent to one to three small pieces). The customer is entitled to a full refund immediately if paid in cash, or within 48 business hours if paid via bank card.

Delivery Fees (Kuwait):
Delivery within Kuwait is 1 KWD. Delivery is free for orders with a total invoice of 70 KWD or more. Otherwise, the flat delivery fee applies to all areas (1 KWD).

Delivery Timeframes (Kuwait):
Same-day delivery within Kuwait is available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM through accredited delivery companies, taking into account any exceptional circumstances.

International Customs & Fees:
Some countries apply extra fees on international shipping based on various daily-changing factors. Although these additional fees are very rare, we disclaim responsibility for them as they are unrelated to the shipping company and go directly to the concerned authorities in the destination country.

All photographs and videos are the exclusive property of Seerat Oud and are copyright protected. Copying or using them is strictly prohibited, and any infringement upon these rights will subject the offender to legal accountability.

Shopping on our website requires entering personal data such as your name, phone number, full address, and email. By entering this information, you agree to allow us to retain a copy to be used solely for product delivery and contacting you.
